How the sale works
These assets are sold by tender. Bids are due by Friday 27 November 2026 at 16:00 Korea Standard Time. There is one round of bidding and bids are final when submitted, so there is no opportunity to improve an offer after the deadline.
To take part you first register your interest. Registered parties sign a confidentiality agreement and then get access to the deal room, which holds the technical documentation, the removal conditions and the tender documents. Site inspections are arranged for parties who have reached this stage. Interested parties are assessed before being invited to bid.
The assets are sold as is, where is. The buyer is responsible for dismantling and removal under the conditions published in the deal room.

Method of sale. Tender. The assets are not offered for negotiated sale or at auction.
Bid deadline. Friday 27 November 2026, 16:00 Korea Standard Time. Bids received after the deadline are not considered.
One round. Bids are final on submission. No bidder is invited to improve an offer after the deadline and there is no best and final round.
Access to information. Technical documentation, removal conditions and tender documents are released through the deal room to registered parties who have signed a confidentiality agreement. Site inspection is available to those parties by arrangement.
Award. The seller is not bound to accept the highest bid or any bid, may award lots individually or in combination, and may decline to award without giving reasons. Reserve values are not disclosed.
Basis of sale. As is, where is. No warranty is given as to condition, completeness, capacity or fitness for purpose. The buyer dismantles and removes the assets at its own cost under the conditions published in the deal room.
