JFE Steel Keihin Wide HSM, Cold Rolling, Galvanizing, Coil Preparation Line

Hilco Industrial, in partnership with SEALS Co., Ltd, is facilitating the sale of key steel production equipment from JFE Keihin Works. 
 
With the closure of these lines, JFE’s Ohgishima-Kawasaki (Keihin) Plant is opening an opportunity for global steel industry players to invest in equipment that can strengthen their manufacturing capabilities.  The assets include:

• Coil Galvanizing Line No. 2 & 3 – Equipped with high-capacity furnaces, air knife wiping systems, and Skin Pass Mills. Designed for high-quality galvanizing processes, providing excellent corrosion resistance for steel products.
• Coil Preparation Line – Essential for the preparation of steel coils, including shearing, welding, straightening, and trimming features, thus ensuring the highest standards for subsequent manufacturing processes.
• Hot Strip Mill – A 2300 mm wide powerful system for the hot rolling of steel, capable of producing a wide variety of steel products with precision.
• Pickling Line & Tandem Cold Mill – A state-of-the-art pickling line coupled to a 5-stand cold mill for high-quality steel production.
