FN Steel high‑capacity hybrid rolling mill - continuously modernized through major upgrades - delivers wire rod and bar‑in‑coil from Ø 5.5 mm to Ø 30.0 mm at speeds up to 100 mps. Combining technology from the three major OEMs, it offers speed, flexibility, and quality for the most demanding markets.

Highlights

• Wire-rod (‘Morgan line’): Ø 5.5 –16.0 mm with pre-finishing and reducing sizing mills
• Bar in Coil (‘Garret line’): Ø 16.5 –30.0 mm with two coilers for higher output
• On-line Heat Treatment: water boxes and temperature-controlled cooling conveyor to achieve desired microstructures
• Capacity: > 400,000 tons per year
• Applications: High‑carbon, alloy, bearing, spring, cold‑heading steels
• Rolls & Guides’ Shop: Fully equipped workshops
• Spare Parts: Large quantity of spares incl. guides and rolling rolls for the rolling stands and finishing blocks
• Auxiliary equipment: 25 Ton ‘HITACHI-MANTSINEN’ Mobile Excavator Adapted for Billets’ Ship Unloading (as a separate Lot).
