Wellhead System

This listing features a complete industrial gas wellhead assembly (Christmas Tree) installed on a dedicated steel skid with integrated measurement, control, and safety instrumentation. This type of system is typically used for natural gas storage caverns, production wells, or high-pressure injection/withdrawal systems. It includes all necessary components for safe, controlled well operation—making it ideal as a turnkey package for facilities seeking to expand or replace wellhead infrastructure.
At the center is a heavy-duty Christmas Tree valve block with multiple master valves, wing valves, and access ports for annulus control. The assembly is fitted with high-quality pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, and flow monitoring equipment, ensuring precise operational control. The green upper block houses key isolation and flow control mechanisms, while the lower section connects to production and annulus lines.
Accompanying the wellhead is a stainless-steel instrumentation rack including several pressure transmitters and manifolds for annulus A/B/C monitoring. An adjacent control cabinet provides wiring, signal routing, and interface capability for SCADA/DCS systems. Drain and injection lines are fully plumbed with valves and accessibility platforms.
This unit is ideal for:
• Gas storage operators
• Production facilities
• Injection/withdrawal well operations
• Brownfield upgrades
• Research or training installations
A complete wellhead skid of this type provides a high-value opportunity to acquire a proven, field-ready system at a fraction of new procurement cost.
