John Zink Flare Stack System

Make: John Zink
This listing features a complete John Zink industrial flare stack system, designed for safe, reliable combustion of waste gases in oil & gas facilities, petrochemical plants, and industrial process installations.

John Zink, part of Koch Industries, is a global leader in combustion and emission control systems—making this flare stack a highly desirable asset for operators seeking proven, dependable equipment.

The system includes a tall, guy-wire–stabilized flare tower engineered for high-wind and outdoor duty. The elevated flare tip provides clean, smokeless burning, while the robust steel base platform offers secure access for maintenance and instrumentation.

A John Zink FEC Panel (fabricated 2001) provides ignition control, flame monitoring, pilot system regulation, and overall flare safety management. Integrated GE DigitalFlow transmitters ensure accurate flow measurement and reliable monitoring of gas entering the flare system—ideal for process safety and environmental compliance.

The skid below the structure houses control valves, pilot gas equipment, flame front generator lines, and ignition circuitry. Heavy-duty construction, industrial cabling, and stainless tubing demonstrate a system built for long-term, continuous operation.

This flare stack is ideal for:
• Brownfield or greenfield gas processing installations
• Upgrading aging flare systems
• Temporary or permanent flaring capacity increases
• Facilities requiring certified, field-proven flare equipment at reduced cost

A complete John Zink flare system of this scale represents exceptional value for operators seeking reliability, global support, and high-performance combustion engineering.
